I'm also looking for user's guide, not Admin guide.
I'm really missing something, that would explain the whole ticket philosophy. Creating new ticket, locking tickets, ticket view, etc...

Maybe there is a guide that gives an simple overview about OTRS, but in the end you can't avoid the Admindocumentation
