Filtering problem

hi all,

i am new otrs user i am getting problem while filtering the incoming message..i want to filter the message by using subject as header..when i am using single word in the match field of header i am able to do it but when i try to test the condition for more than one word the message are getting stored in default queue.
can some body help me out..waiting for the reply

If you're using a regex I believe you can search like this:
[searchworda|searchwordb]
Or you can add individual filters one for every word.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

how to send notification through mail about the closed ticke

hi all ,i am getting problem in sending notification to the customer through mail if a ticket is closed .how will i do it..pls help me
