Can't connect to smtp.nerim.net: Unknown error!

Hello,

During the attempts to send messages with the option " write an e-mail ", I've the error message :

Erreur: Can't connect to smtp.nerim.net: Unknown error!

The parameter setting is good and I can ping my SMTP.

Do you have suggestions to be made for me.

I made another test of ping but with the port 25 and it doesn't find the host. Problem of DNS either it is the other thing ?

Hi Scorpion, please consult your mail administrator to find out which ports to use, and if authentication or encryption (SMTPS) would be required.
