Hello,
We have been testing OTRS and are ready to launch into production on our IT Service Desk.
In testing we created many sample tickets and now we would like to delete them and start with a clean slate.
How can we delete tickets without a reinstall and subsequently reconfiguring to our preferences?

You can delete tickets from the search...
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

From search? Would you mean: using GenericAgent? that's the only place I know...
