Problem when installing packages

Hi,

I try to install package FAQ 1.6.5 or Calendar 1.9.4 (by xxx) through the OTRS web interface on a Debian server.
I confirm I want to install the package, and then I get an error message when install begins.

Software error:
mismatched tag 'PRE'
* * *
Did someone encounter the same message? Is there any solution?
