¿Does anyone know if OTRS can be used with Patrol to create tickets from Patrol monitoring alerts? ¿Is there any package wich allows OTRS get monitoring information and create tickets from PATROL (Comercial or opensource)?

OTRS can create tickets from received emails, so if the software makes emails, ...
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
