Calendar scheduling

Post by ting-tong »

Hi,
I'm wondering if it's possible to schedule recurring meetings every 3 months for example, rather than just weekly, monthly, yearly. Is there any extra configuration available.
I'm using OTRS 2.4.7 windows installation.
Thanks for any help with this.

I don't think that's possible. Would you have need of tickets to be opened or completed weekly? If you have meetings, wouldn't your existing calendar service (outlook, etc) suffice?

Thanks for the feedback. :)
We are currently using outlook for this, it just seemed a good idea to be able to have a task related to it, without relying on someone to add to OTRS at the time.

One thing you *can* do is have Outlook "remind" OTRS via that the meeting will occur.

So, your OTRS email address will be an invited attendee for your meeting.
