Is it possible to create custom fields with drop down values associated per queue?
For example for the tickets on a particular queue when an agent answer to have those custom fields to complete? (with customer specific info)

This feature would be really awesome and extend OTRS quit a bit for our business use. I asked same question awhile back and was advised to use web forms that email into queues with custom fields in body of ticket. That is a patch though as I prefer to have that functionality directly in OTRS.

I'd like to vote for this too. This feature is pretty much the last feature I personally could ever want in OTRS.
