As a new user, having downloaded otrs_admin_book.pdf & otrs_itsm_book.pdf, can anyone recomend another good source of user info?

Trying things out and asking relevant questions in this forum or the mailing list is a good idea.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
