Remove close permition for a group of agents

Hi All,

Need some help,

A Have a certain queue (technician) and agents on that queue must not close the tickets. they should change to other queue (helpdesk) and only the helpdesk agents are allowed to close tickets.

Is there anyway to remove the close link on the technician's queue
