Hello to all,
Beforehand thanks for its aid. I am new in OTRS, I need to make a report or to lower the information of the times considered in hours work, that is to say, if a ticket were generated today i need that otrs indicates me which is the time limit that that has to be be taken care of (before escalation time)taking into account the stipulated hours and labor days in the calendar. How many tickets has been taken care of and not acording to the calendar, what was the response, time but not in run (real, from 8 am fo the 1st. of dec. to the 1pm of the 2nd.of december, there are 29 run hours)time, if not always respecting the scheduled times in calendar.( the same example from 8 am fo the 1st. of dec. to the 1pm of the 2nd.of december of my calendar there are only 13 working hours)

I hope that somebody can help me.
