When opening a new email ticket the queue is requested. We would like to have a drop down list for the available responses relating to that queue.
Does this exist or is some bespoke software required

There are no selectable preconfigured templates for new ticket creation.
However, you can prepopulate the Subject and Body from SysConfig Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewEmailNew
