Hi All!!

I am new to OTRS. i am using 2.4.9 version of it. Can any one help me out in explaning how to go with it please. :?

As your question is ver unspecific please start reading the docs at doc.otrs.org. If you have development questions (as this is the Development Sub forum) you should have also a look on dev.otrs.org
