Hello, I have a problem with the search engine for ordinary users, they can not see the company's tickets, but when you select a search and do not enter anything in the fields and press a button search on them they visualize all the company's tickets, whether it's a bug or should do something else?
I have made a "manager" group and only this group should be able to see all the tickets.
I have made a "Company" group and the users in this group should be able to see only there own tickets.
I have set the necessary rights for users for both groups. All tickets go to "Company" and "Company" is the CustomerID...

The first thing would be to upgrade to the last patch of the 4 version of otrs. And then, try again.
