Better, faster Google search for OTRS forums & your OTRS

If you're using chrome, perhaps you'd like to search the forums easier.

Go to Tools, Options
Click the Basics tab
Click Manage next to the search engine
Add a search engine
Name: forums.otrs.org
Keyword: foo
URL: http://www.google.com/search?q=site:for ... hub.org+%s

In the address bar, now you can type
foo ticket

and find something you need. Certainly you can change "foo" to a keyword of your choice.

Sheesh. I wish I had tackled this sooner:
name: something descriptive
keyword: something small (tix/tyu?) (Why tyu? because it's there in the middle of your keyboard. It starts with T. You won't forget iT, will YOU?)

(if you're using https, change it.)

There are a lot of other options that you can use, but this is likely to be the one you're looking for.
