[SOLVED] multiple cron runs?

Hello,

i installed otrs 3.3.8 with the source file on a new windows 2012 r2 server with this guide: http://wiki.otterhub.org/index.php?titl ... _and_IIS_7

at the end i installed cronw and the otrs scheduler. i made some tests and everything seems to work. i'm only getting this error message sometimes (+/- once a hour):

Can't create PID PostMasterMailbox, because it's already running

fetch mail is on 5 minutes, fqdn and NotificationSenderEmail is set up right. i searched a lot in forum and i guess the cron job i running twice, but i dont know how to check it on windows.

any help would be highly appreciated.

there were duplicate entries in the crontab.txt file
