Hello
when a tickets comes in via customer.pl interface, i can work on it and everything is working fine.
when a tickets comes in via email and i manually click on fetch email i can work on it and everything is working fine.
but when a tickets comes in via email and the ticket is fetched automatically (every 5 min) i can't do any changes on the ticket. if i click on lock or if i change the service the page reloads but nothing happens.if i look in the database i see the changes affect but on the web interface nothing changes.
maybe something with the cron/scheduler is wrong?

What does the system log say about things?
Do you have any PostMaster Filters or Generic Agents that are causing issues?

- log says nothing, no error.
- i have postmaster filters:
1) to set the prority 2) to set the agent 3) to set the service - i installed the otrs by the source file, no installer. this was my guide: http://wiki.otterhub.org/index.php?titl ... _and_IIS_7 + installation of otrs scheduler
i had some trouble to install the conw, maybe there i a problem with the user rights, i will check it

permissons should be ok, dont know what could cause this strange behavior

if i reinstall cronw and the scheduler, everything works fine when the first ticket comes in. After that the strange behaviour begins. Anyone can help me with this problem? If not i have to reinstall otrs today.
