I'm trying to view all tickets in "Queue View", both locked and unlocked.
I didn't have a problem with this in OTRS v3.2.2. I just updated to OTRS v3.2.6, now I can't view locked tickets in Queue View.
These config changes worked in 3.2.2. But not with 3.2.6

the "All tickets" should show you locked tickets. "Available Tickets" will show only unlocked, because unlocked is available.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Is there a way to make "All Tickets" the default instead of "Available Tickets"?

Edit Config Settings in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration

(kinda)
but the general gist is going to be all the queues need to have Filter=All as well.

I am using 3.2.16 and Ticket::ViewableLocks -> 'lock' is not working as I am not able to see lock tickets in queueview only unlock is showing ..I have read so many blogs and many ppl susgested different way and i tried all was but unfortunately its not working,.... I am using storageFS system so i deleted cache also still its not reflecting..please help
