It's possible to make all queue visible in dashboard?
I am using otrs 5, thanks in advice.

Maybe I dont understand your question right, but there's always the option for you to go to your agent's preferences and select all queues or just go to your dashboard and click on "All tickets" instead of "My queues" or "My services". Of course, im using V4 of OTRS, but I doubt that is changing much in V5. Am i getting your question right?
