Pop-Ups won't close sometimes

Hi there,

since a few weeks i have a problem that the answer Pop-Ups arent closing every-time. The anwser is sent but the windows stays open with a blank white content. The next status i set isn't set.

It's about 80% that it's not working like it should.

I have no entrys in the apache or otrs log regarding that and have no idea where to look at this error.

I had the problem also before upgrading from 3.3.15 to 5.0.7
