Difference between link and merge

Hello I have a stuip question
When using link when merge?

- use "link" to depict a connection between two tickets
- use "merge" to bring together two tickets

Why do you not just try it out? Create some test-tickets, use "link" and "merge" and study what happens

Juste be careful with the merge. You can merge 2 tickets not from the same customer which will result in some weird behavior depending of your config and how your customers can view things on their side.
