I juste went from a 4.0.9 OTRS to a 5.0.1.
Everything seems to work except the agent notifications. The upgrade manual says Step 14 Review your ticket notifications.

I reviewed them, i have a bunch of them inactive, & the same active.
They all look exactly the same. I have twice every notification, defined the same, but one active & one inactive, i'm guessing everything was by default here.
Creating new tickets works fine, answering them too, but the agents do not receive notification emails when the tickets are updated like:
"An answer was sent to the customer by Paul." Dunno if this is a default notification, i did not installed the previous versions.
I Tried looking into the Notification Managements & their trigger events, but i did not succeded.
I also get an error in my syslog:
