Install OTRS in phpMyAdmin server

Hi all!

The Company I work for has been using cPanel to admin all their databases, files and the communication with the developing team, but unfortunately, cPanel doesn't allow the installation of OTRS. Now, they've acquired a phpMyAdmin and I'm in charge of the install of OTRS on it.
However, I've been looking for documentation about how to do this and haven't found any so far.

Is this even possible? For what I've found and read, I don't think it is. I appreciate your help and info about this.
