is it possible to send an automatic response to several recipients?

Probably, but you need to be more specific. When do you want to do this? Who should receive it? What should the message contain?

It should be the same message which is also sent to the sender of the ticket creater. (automatic response) Only to another mail address.
A foreign email address that does not exist in the OTRS system.

My solution so far is that I create a new agent. This agent serves only as an additional mail recipient. Actually only to make the system the email address known.
