What do you need? Did you check OPAR?
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Hi,

official repos of OTRS is here http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/
they are all "free" - meaning no money will be charged.


There are other repos, read the licence information for these repos.
