[SOLVED] otrs can't connect to windows browser

Hi!

Good day!
I would like to know what are the possible causes why the otrs can't connect to windows browser?
but if we check it on the linux os browser we can actually access it. the problem is that the only browser of windows os is not accessing or connecting to OTRS web browser. Please help. We need to access it using browser of windows.

BTW, the server of OTRS is in linux os, we are just using the windows os browser when accessing the url of OTRS.
Please give us advise. Thanks alot. I already rebooted it, but nothing happens. Thanks!

Already found a solution, we just add route it to our server!
