Dynamic Fields Statistics

Post by airtondetoni »

Good Morning,
When you run a Statistic report the values of the dynamic field with special characters print in error, the following screen is attached.

The ARRAY in the screenshot looks like these are fields with multiple values. I'm pretty sure that this is a display problem.

It is displaying the error only the value have special characters. I checked directly on the BD and the value is correct.
For example, if the valeu have special characters like â,é,ã the information displayed is ARRAY, but when the valeu doesn't have it is displayed correctly.

I've tested it with a OTRS 5.0.16,and added two values to a DF text and Dropdown, that's my result:

It works for me :-/ Do you have a test system where you can try it with a DF not of type remote db? If you can provide me a database dump (mysql) I would test it for you to check if it's a problem of RemoteDB.

I did the test, it actually displays correctly. I think the problem is in DynamicFieldRemoteDB. Here is the version I'm using from OTRS and the DynamicFieldRemoteDB addon.

DynamicFieldRemoteDB 5.0.3

'DatabaseVersion' => 'MySQL 5.7.15',
' 'OSType' => 'Linux',
'OSVersion' => 'centos 7.3.1611',
'OTRSVersion' => '5.0.13',
'PerlVersion' => '5.16.3',
'SupportDataSending' => 'No'
