Thanks so much

Re: Solved Ticket
hi,
yes, this is possible. You need queue settings, additional ticket state and ACL.

Re: Solved Ticket
Do you have any more suggestions? I tried but when an email arrives with the ticket number as object the ticket is always reopened, how can I configure the ACL correctly?
Thank you very much

Hi,
check documenation on FollowUp option
http://doc.otrs.com/doc/manual/admin/st ... area-queue
