Freetext fields

Hi, I need to get your help.
I use otrs 5. Do you think it is possible to create a check box in the dynamic fields and visible or usable in the freetext field only by some agents?
I thought maybe with write and read permissions, but is it possible to differentiate agents or groups?

Hi,

you can hide/show the link to the action via ACL for roles/groups/agents.

But you can not dynamically show or disable a field in the popup window without java script coding (you'll find examples here in the forum) or additional/commercial addons.

Today I will try to understand how ACL works.
I never had the need to use them.
