GenericAgent: CMD missing in settings

Hi,

I have upgraded an OTRS installation from Znuny LTS 6.0.33 to Znuny 6.4.2. I used the migration scripts from Znuny versions 6.1.1, 6.2.1, 6.3.1 and 6.4.2 consecutively for this process.

Now I have the following issue: the GenericAgents are not working properly anymore since the CMD input field is missing in the Admin-Panel as you can see in the screenshot attached.

I switched MinimumDebugLevel to debug to see what's happening. OTRS seems to invoke the GenericAgents:

[Notice][Kernel::System::GenericAgent::JobRun] Run GenericAgent Job '...' from db.
but nothing happens (probably because there is no command set to be executed).

I'm lost here - do you have any idea what I can do to figure out where the problem is?

The feature was removed from Znuny in 6.3.x in April (CVE-2022-36100)

Oh, thanks, I've missed that. Is there any alternative option to call external commands when a new ticket is created?

yes. see the docs for the release. There is an alternative approach
