Well, i have installed the OTRS in a Windows 2003 server. It works great but i had met some issues.
First, i have installed de ITSM module. The i created all teh servies and SLA's but when i try to make a new ticket, the corresponding field are empty. Any idea?
Second, i made a survey and leave it as Master but whe i close a ticket the survey doenst send to the client. I have already configured the mail settings but still doesnt works. I hope somebody could help me.
