Slow system response in Admin - SysConfig area

Hi!

I have a problem with my OTRS instalation. It is a 2.4.7 with ITSM 2.0.2 on Windows 2003 Server box.

Every time, I click something in SysConfig area, the proc on the server is fully busy (100%) with perl process for almost half a minute, sometimes even more. It takes a long long time to configure each setting.

Does anybody else have an experience like this?
