brand new to OTRS - creating tickets
I have configures otrs for my company and set up agents and customers but when I go to create a new ticket I can add the customer but cannot enter anything into the fields To: ZService: Owner: etc even though I have created agents to assign as owners. I am logged in under the admistrator account and am attempting to manually enter tickets we had from our old system (RT). Anyone who could guide me through what I can do in order to succesfully open tickets would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Owners are available based upon queue selection for which they have rw privileges.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
