URL issue

Hi

I'm trying to add a feedback URL along with the ticket closed notification event

The feedback URL is

http://myfeedback.com/survey.php?sid=5C ... 4342342423

But when i add it in the notification template the URL breaks

Hi <OTRS_CUSTOMER_REALNAME>,

Status of your ticket number <OTRS_TICKET_TicketNumber> is changed to
<OTRS_TICKET_State> by <OTRS_OWNER_UserFirstname>

Please add information about your setup (version and platform) to your signature. Otherwise, you will get less attention to your problem. What is your setup? It sounds like a bug produced by a browser. Which browser are you using to create your template?

OS : CentOS release 5.2

OTRS version : 2.4.5

It is not a bug from the browser


I tried the same in different browsers but the issue is persisting

you might want to make sure that the link generator isn't actually two lines. You might be able to stretch out the freetext window from the lower right corner (maybe you may only do this in Chrome?) and see for sure the link line is one line. I've had this happen to me.
