hi,
I recently installed all the ITSM Core packages from the Package Manager on OTRS. Now then when I or the customer go to create a new ticket we select the Type,From,To....when we reach the Service & SLA part we are unable to select anything as there is nothing in the drop down box when trying to select.
I can assure that I entered many Services under ''Services'' & ''SLA'' but they don't seem to be populating when creating a new ticket. Can someone please advise what I have missed.....and what could be causing this.

The services must be associated to customers (it can be defaulted to all customers): setup it in the Customer Users <-> Services of the Admin Area
Evaluation/pilot: OTRS 2.4.7 on Linux (CentOS 5.4) with MySQL database connected to an Active Directory for Agents and Customers.
