How can I show specific free text for specific ticket types? from the customer's view

I toke a look at the post and understand how it can work for "queues" but i'm not sure how to convert the code so that it works for the ticket "type"

You'd add an onchange to the type and then ...

Sorry I was unable to get it working. I added an onchange to the type and got nothing.
