Hello,
I just installed OTRS 3.1.1 on Debian and I have no problems accessing the http://localhost/otrs/index.pl but I can't access http://www.example.com/otrs/customer.pl
Can you help me debug what is wrong?

I did a reinstall and it works fine now.
