Keyboard shortcuts

I've found the german page for keyboard shortcuts. Is this a complete list? Is it possible to register your own in any way?

I tried it on 3.0.x and 3.1.1 in Russian localization - it's not work with this shortcuts anywhere in OTRS screens

Nice find, I had no idea these existed - tried a few (English version) and they work great. As for adding your own, I've found this line amongst the javascript loaded on the dashboard screen:

It looks like this statement is providing the q shortcut key for the FAQ menu. I don't know what file this is contained in, but I'd guess somewhere in /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/js

I'll try once more. I was wrong (CTRL+ALT instead of SHIHT+ALT)! But not all works, only some shortcuts.
You can see shortcuts to menu items in their tooltips wih mouse when you hover it over menu item.
