Upgrade woes

Hi,

Currently running version 3.0.9 on OTRS HelpDesk. Trying to upgrade to 3.0.12 before the big upgrade to 3.1.

The problem i am having is with setting the permissions, after creating the sybolic link with the 3.0.12 folder.

I keep receiving "bash: /opt/otrs/bin/./otrs.SetPermissions.pl: Permission denied" I have tried running other scripts from /opt/otrs/bin and all report permission denied. Ownership of all files and folders under opt/otrs is otrs:www-data .

Any ideas what the problem is?

What are the permissions set to. See my example below:

-rwxrwxr-x 1 otrs www-data 7244 2012-05-20 17:59 otrs.SetPermissions.pl
