i want to link config item to customer, how to do it?

I know with otrs itsm we can linking config item to ticket, faq, or another config item it self. But I need to linking Config Item to Customer, Jack Server (Config Item) linked to Customer named Jack.

I can't find any way to do like that. If i must write new module, please tell me how to starting to do. Is there any ebook for otrs developer for creating module or hacking otrs code with easy example to understand?

Hi!
You can add "Owner" attribute into description of CI & "link" Customer to CI when loading/entering CI in system. It be permanent linking unless you change owner data of CI. If you want to change owner you can do it anytime. Old owner will stay in CI history(version).
