Postmaster Filter -> change response email address.

Post by AVillar »

Hello everybody!

We have an automated system to send to our OTRS email address, new support tickets. This emails contain a table with different data from the customer and the detail of the problem. All the emails come from a noreply@... account. One of the content of the table is the email address of the customer.

How Can I change the response email address on the new generated ticket?
I can't find the way to find the email address on the body of the email.
I can't find the correct header to change the response email address.

Anyone have some kind of help?

Thanks in advance!

procmail can do that for you.

maybe it would be better building the correct mail header at sending server side. sending with mail-adress given by the customer.
1: OTRS 3.1.21 + Support + MasterSlave @ CentOS 6.5 , MySQL
2: Test: OTRS 3.1.21 + Support + MasterSlave @ CentOS 6.5 , MySQL
3: Test-2: OTRS 3.3.x + Support + MasterSlave @ CentOS 6.5 , MySQL (iphone, idoit-trash)
