Using the TicketHook in automatic replys

Hi everyone,

Today I wanted to change the subject-line of our automatic responses that get sent out, whenever a new ticket is created.

I'd like to have a subjectline somewhat like the subject-line that is sent when replying to a ticket: "RE: [TicketHook TicketHookSeparator Ticketnumber] Subject"

Getting the ticketnumber is no big deal - I can just use <OTRS_TICKET_TicketNumber>. But what about the TicketHook? <OTRS_CONFIG_TicketHook>, <OTRS_CONFIG_Ticket_Hook> or even <OTRS_CONFIG_Ticket::Hook> are not working.

Of course, the simple solution would be to just add the "Ticket#" by hand... But if there is a way to use templates and tags, I'd prefer that.

Any hints on this one?
