Hi,
We have created some response templates in OTRS. One of the responses contains a text citing the ticket will be closed.
Would it be possible to change the ticket state to 'successfully closed' automatically when sending this response?
e.g. response contains:
This ticket will be closed. If the problem is not solved and you want to reopen the ticket, you can reply to this message.
Now an agent has to manually change the ticket status to 'successfully closed' before sending the message...

11y and maybe someone know how do change NextStatus per Response in ticket ?
