[SOLVED] Change "Tickets" name in Navigation Bar

Hi all,

I'd like to modify the "Tickets" name in the navigation bar in the Agent interface by "Orders", so that we have "Dahsboard" "Orders" "Services" etc.

Is that possible? In that case, how can I achieve it?
