HI guys,
I got an issue on my OTRS 3.1
When I receive an email (html format) that includes some hyperlink (href), those are not displayed and the only thing I see is the title of the link.
In this way I'm unable to see and use the link indicates in the ticket body
PS I've richtext enabled and my editor is chkeditor 3.1.6
If there anyone that has any advice to give to me?
