How I can autenticate users in a central autentications?,
Let me explain my case I have to autenticate all user in a web page, for example:
A user digit the address: localhost/otrs/customer.pl automatically apear a website of centralautentication the user most login and then apear normally the interface of customer.
Can you undertand??

alternatively, that's how it works... Add the user as customer.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Can OTRS auntenticate with CAS (Central of Autentications Service)??
