Insert dynamic fields into DB

Hello,
I've been trying to do an INSERT into the MySQL database for a dynamic field, type dropdown... Even if i edit it on the workbench editor, it will not take the values i am giving it...
any ideas?

you only can use the admin functionailty which is intented to the task

NEVER write directly into OTRS database!

so, how may i insert a dynamic field type dropdown with about 70 values.... copy pasting in the admin interface?
