After reading thur the manual..I the archive function in the Chapter 21. Performance Tuning.
I am able to search through ticket that is being archived. However is it possible to have those ticket export as well ? to like .csv or event .txt

OTRS does not provide a functionality to export tickets

@askvicky A ticket is comprised of links to various tables holding data. There's no effective export that makes sense. Especially, none that would make sense to import back to OTRS.
*a* way to reduce your database is to use the archive function.
another is to:
1) backup and confirm your database
2) (optionally, create a Disaster Recovery scenario on another box that confirms the data is valid)
3) once you know you have a good copy, use generic agent to delete old tickets
