MasterSlave dropdown not showing up in bulk

Hi and thanks for reading.

I want the masterslave option to appear in bulk but even though I have the advanced feature on (which according to the manual should enable this feature) it doesent seem to work.

Had anyone got any ideas? See screenshot of settings below:

As an update to this. Things i have tried:

1. In the dynamic field options, chose to to show the field in all different views and although this works in showing the MasterSlave dropdown on every other screen, it does not work on the bulk screen (but I cant see a specific option for this in the list).
2. I have also tried switching the MasterSlave advanced option off and back on again to see if that refreshes things
3. I have also disabled all ACL's just in case that was hiding the field
4. Updated the masterslave module to the latest version using the package manager
5. Checked in the .dtl file and the masterslave code seems to be in the /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketBulk.dtl (although I couldnt say whether the syntax was actually correct!)

Still no joy. Any ideas?

You don't have the MasterTicket Option in a Bulk-Aktion? (see attached img)

Do you change something in the standard OTRS files?

Hi and thanks for replying. See below for my bulk (and the lack of the master option). I have changed a great number of sysconfig settings to customize my installation but I have only modified a few of the .dtl files and looking at the package manager (which tells you when files have been modified) none of them relate to the bulk function as far as I know.

Is there a way to check if my files have been changed regarding this masterslave option? a consistency check or something of that sort?

I have updated to the latest OTRS version and the latest KIX version and I still have this issue where bulk is not showing for any agent. Is there anything I could post code wise to help some knowledgeable individual troubleshoot?

Its proving a bit of a headache having to go into large numbers of tickets and chose the "slave" option for each one. :(

Try it on a testsystem without KIX. Maybe this helps.

Hi,

On a clone of my live system I uninstalled all Kix products using the package manager and reinstalled the master slave feature. The option is still not appearing in the list.

Is there not just a setting somewhere I have turned off in the sysconfig I need to turn back on again? See below for the main MasterSlave options i have set:
