Re: OTRS Appliance Error
What happened that got you to this point? were you trying to do backup.pl?

Re: OTRS Appliance Error
I had a similar error message on my windows OTRS Appliance.
First, the postgreSQL server didn't start.
I tried to reboot the virtual machine, then the apache server and the database server didn't start and I got this type of error.
I had to re-install a brand new appliance and try to restore data from my previous one to this new one. No idea about the cause of this error.

Re: OTRS Appliance Error
I used to use the backup command.
Try just typing in your ssh terminal.
On my OTRS server, files and database dumps are copied to /BACKUP/ folder with that command.
Then, I saved them on my PC via SFTP (Filezilla) and restored them by the same way.
Try just typing
Code: Select all
